REFLECTION

Throughout the full module experience, I felt excited and interested as I truly enjoyed the entire process. This semester had a lot of subjects, but I found that only a few allowed me to grasp knowledge about app development from the beginning. Initially, I had the intention to challenge  myself by creating a design that departed from my comfort zone that "NO WHITE BACKGROUND", so I aimed to choose a cinema application that I had never go through before and which I felt that might be more interesting than doing F&B or online e-commerce as my dissertation was doing e-commerce; I wished to do something distant so that I can explored more varieties of knowledge within. But, in the end, I feeling that "Not me departed from my comfort zone; is me bringing MBO to my comfort zone" Opps! 😂💨

The most enjoying part was during the low-fidelity and high-fidelity. Since we had passed the research stage, it was the time for us to craft and create our ideation into real life. The challenges that I faced throughout was there is limited sources of cinemas in Figma Plug Ins or even other platform as a reference. All I can do was to refer some Cinemas application and start developing "reservedly", checking which and which is the best combination for MBO Cinemas. And, the main issue that I had faced proceed in my design was the "font size". I am curious about of "isit I am too near to my laptop so I felt that the text was suitable but few days after, my thought was, WHAT?" So, I think for the font size, I need to be take more action and aware of to create a better engagement within an application as font size is a crucial elements of the application as well.

The most important thing I learned from this module was the design process and flow. Developing a user-friendly app requires thousands of steps to achieve the desired outcome. However, it's crucial to understand that the outcome may not always be the best, as user preferences, behavior, and the market are constantly changing. To stay relevant, conducting research and usability tests becomes essential! 🙆‍♀️❤️
