REFLECTION
Throughout the 15-week duration of this module, crafting an artwork for the Honor Talents contest posed a significant challenge initially. My ideas felt unexplored, leading to a cyclical development process where progress seemed to circle back to square one. However, a breakthrough emerged when, amidst this cycle, a sudden burst of inspiration ignited, possibly spurred by the looming deadlines. This might need to thank the power of "deadlines"?
Moving on to the design expansion phase, creating a comic strip proved to be a daunting task outside my area of expertise. The instruction to draw a comic induced pressure and stress initially. Yet, this challenge offered a valuable opportunity to step beyond my specialisation and comfort zone, a feat I might not create one or two or three more.. in the future, making it all the more appreciated.
Throughout the development process, the pace felt relentless, demanding effective time and, more crucially, human management. Collaborating with capable group members significantly eases the workload, preventing the snowballing effect of overlapping assignments. Despite the rush, managing to navigate through this whirlwind, I find immense satisfaction and pride in the final outcome. This experience reiterated the importance of efficient collaboration and effective time allocation, ultimately resulting in an outcome I am truly content with. Thanks my Nuttie giving me a great memory! 🐿️
